ABOUT DARRELL GIANNONE

Experience you can count on. My name is Darrell Giannone, and I have worked my entire professional career in the Mortgage Industry. 33 years and counting. Even through the most difficult of times, I’ve only worked for six companies, all in the same area--your area. I am proud of the fact that my clients both past and present, continue to refer their families, friends, co-workers, even their children to me. The reason...they know the value only someone with my experience can give them. Whether it’s helping first- time buyers down payment assistance, retirement age families with reverse mortgages, challenging credit or income buyers, investment buyers, move up buyers, rehab buyers, etc, I know how to help them through the process. You don’t stay in one industry for 33 years without learning a few things along the way. I don’t believe in saying no, I believe in helping everyone achieve homeownership dreams, so the answer is never no right away, it just takes a little longer to say yes.

Doorway Home Loans is one of the leading independently owned, regional, non-depository Mortgage Banks having been in business for more than 32 years. Since, we fund and service loans directly for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA we have a unique ability to avoid investor overlays, and have loan programs nobody else has. FHA/FNMA/VA W-2 only, FHA less than 620 credit score, FHA 203K/203KS, Manufactured homes, VA, USDA, 1st Time Buyers, Down Payment Assistance, Reverse Mortgage (HECM) for purchase, and we even have Bank Statement loans for our tough to qualify self-employed buyers. All our loans are taken from start to finish in our local office, so you never have to worry about your loans getting lost in out of the area or out of state fulfillment centers.
