Brian Nelson has worked in the mortgage industry since 2009 and has an MBA of Finance from Atkinson Graduate School of Management. Brian is well versed in FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA, and specialty loans. With 13 years of experience in the loan industry, Brian has funded over 2000 loans encompassing purchase, refinance, Non-QM, reverse mortgages, and home equity lines of credit. Brian has won top performer awards at every company he has worked at. On top of being a loan officer, Brian has experience in other areas of the mortgage Industry. Brian has worked as a mortgage sales manager, process design analyst, and home lending operations analyst. This gives Mr. Nelson a special level of insight into processing, underwriting, and fulfillment activities to help fund your loan quickly. When Brian isn’t working, he loves playing his guitar, drums, singing, and spending time with his daughter. He also enjoys running and participates in at least five half marathons a year.
